U.S. stocks rose across the board, with gold stocks leading the way

The three major U.S. stock indexes closed up. As of the close, the Dow rose 114.88 points, or 0.43%, to 26,584.77 points. The Nasdaq rose 173.07 points, or 1.67%, to 10536.27 points. The S&P 500 index rose 23.78 points, or 0.74%, to 3,239.41 points.

The gold sector and the precious metals sector were among the top gainers, and Anglo Gold rose more than 9%. Among the major technology stocks, TSMC rose more than 10%, Tesla rose more than 8%, Qualcomm rose more than 4%, NXP rose more than 3%, blue-chip Apple rose more than 2%, and Intel fell about 2%.

Blockchain concept stocks in US stocks closed up across the board. Kodak closed up 24.76%, Accenture closed up 0.85%, closed up 11.13%, Riot Blockchain closed up 18.92%, Marathon Patent closed up 36.54%, Square closed up 3.57%.

In addition, the stocks in the U.S.-listed blockchain rose more and fell less. Canaan Technology closed up 4.17%, Renren closed down 5.96%, China Net line closed down 2.59%, Secoo closed up 1.87%, Xunlei closed up 8.96%, Cheetah Mobile closed up 4.76%, Lanting Group closed flat.
